MAIN FEATURES

1. The minimum ground height is 570mm(252 7/16"), which can effectively avoid the phenomenon of low chassis car hanging chassis.
2. Battery disassembling/assembling lift is the disassembling and assembling equipment for batery pack and motors of new energy vehiclesand motors and switch gears, driving bridges gas tank, racks and the components ofthe chassis system of the traditional vehicles.
3. The platform can be drawed out and pushed back, so it can work in the range of 1305-1480mm to adapt to different situation.
4. The surface of the working bench is designed to have multiple M10 holes(100mmX100mm) to faclitate installing special tools for professional repairing and maintenence of the vehicles.
5. It has the function oftilting to left side or right side or forward or backword,the tilting angle can be adjusted by adjusting the screws throughtwo independent T shape handles at the two ends of the platform. The tilting range is +/-25mm.
6. The platform can slide to the left or the right, by adjusting the screw through the independentT shape handle on the side of the platform.The sliding range is +/-25mm.
7. All the rotable parts have lubrication bearing, and every axis pin with lubrication hole, periodical maintenence wil lengthen their life time.

Pneumatic driving hydraulic system moving the platform up and down, pedal controlled, easy to operate.* Equipped with 4 heavy duty caster kit with direction lock, fix direction wheel and universal wheel can be switched over from one mode to the other mode quickly, makes the movement easy and free.
9. The main structural parts are welded by robot with good welding consistency, high strength and beautiful welding seam.
