Ø 4500KG lifting capacity, tested to meet 120% dynamic and 150% static load professional test standards.

Ø Two side manual lock release and 24v low -voltage operation device.

Ø The width between columns is 2850mm, and width of the drive through is 2580mm, it is suitable for most vehicles.. 

Ø The width of the column base plate is 500mm, the contact area with the ground is large, and the lift is more stable and reliable.

Ø The upper beam maximum height is 3874mm, the usable height is 3706mm, which is more suitable for the lifting of high-too vehicles.

Ø Standard with 4 two-stage lifting arms. with fast inserting and adjustable screw-up rubber pads,the minimum height from the ground is only95mm,which is suitable for vehicles with different chassis.

Ø The pulley in the column is installed toward the side of the cylinder, even if the circlip falls off, it can effectively prevent the pulley from falling off. of the axis.

Ø A device preventing the pulley and steel wire rope from getting off is installed on the top beam .

Ø The slider made from ultra wear-resisting high molecular material with limit plate is used, no filing of lubrication oil needed,the service life is long, the operation is stable and reliable, and the slider can be replaced and adjusted quickly.

Ø Aviation wire rope which is soft and with good linearity and small diameter tolerance is adopted to guarantee the synchronization of the carriage of both sides and satisfies the application requirements better.

Ø The hydraulic cylinder connector is equipped with anti-surge valve, which can effectively prevent accidents of oil pipes breaking due to high hydraulic pressure.

Ø The main structural parts are welded by robot, with good welding consistency, high strength and beautiful weld.

Ø The structural parts are sprayed with imported powder, sprayed with imported spraying equipment and cured at high temperature, which can ensure strong adhesion and beautiful color,
