parking space on each floor. The parking spaces on the top floor can only be raised or low-

ered, the parking spaces on the first floor can only be moved horizontally, and the parking

spaces on the middle floors can be raised or lowered as well as moved horizontally. The vehi-

cle loading plate for storing and retrieving the vehicle reaches the ground floor through rais-

ing, lowering and moving horizontally, and the driver enters the parking garage to retrieve

the vehicle.
